Abstract

U diplomskom radu opisan je razvoj rudarskih radova na eksploatacijskom polju tehničko-građevnog kamena "Tambura" koji se nalazi pokraj grada Vodnjana. Opisano je postojeće i promijenjeno stanje mehanizacije, te je izrađen novi model procesa oplemenjivanja. Uspoređena su tri modela procesa oplemenjivanja te je određena efikasnost svakog modela, potrebna ulaganja, maksimalni kapacitet proizvodnje frakcija, te troškovi. Odabran je optimalan model koji daje maksimalni kapacitet proizvodnje frakcija uz najmanje troškove, te su dane smjernice za unaprjeđenje proizvodnog procesa.

Abstract (english)

This Master's thesis presents the development of mining activities at an open pit of crushed stone "Tambura", which is located near the town of Vodnjan. The existing and changed state of mechanization is described, and a new model of the mineral processing is made. All three mineral processing models were compared and the efficiency of each model, the required investments, the maximum production capacity of the fractions and the costs were determined. The optimal model that gives the maximum production capacity of fractions at the lowest cost was selected, and guidelines for improving the mineral processing are given.
