Abstract

S obzirom na činjenicu da u Hrvatskoj ima ukupno oko 762 naftne bušotine od kojih 47% proizvodi dubinskim crpkama s klipnim šipkama, u radu je odabrana fiktivna bušotina X, za koju su detaljno opisane mogućnosti dizajniranja crpki u programu Prosper (Sveučilišna licenca za edukativne svrhe: #4186). Prosper je računalni program tvrtke Petroleum Experts, koji služi za analizu poboljšanja proizvodnih mogućnosti bušotine, te za dizajn i optimizaciju različitih proizvodnih sustava. Prednost uporabe ovog računalnog alata je velika točnost i brza obrada podataka, kao i mogućnost široke primjene u praksi. Bušotinu X karakterizira relativno nizak indeks proizvodnosti, pa je pri postavljanju proizvodnog modela bušotine potrebno odrediti optimalan sustav proizvodnje dubinskom crpkom s klipnim šipkama za zadane uvjete u bušotini i ležištu. Proizvodno modeliranje se može podijeliti u nekoliko koraka, od unosa osnovnih ulaznih podataka za novu bušotinu s dubinskom crpkom s klipnim šipkama, PVT karakteristika proizvodnog fluida, njihovog usklađivanja s mjerenim podacima, unosa podataka o opremi, kreiranja IPR i VLP krivulja, te konačnog odabira i dizajna dubinske crpke s klipnim šipkama. Na kraju je provedena analiza osjetljivosti kako bi se vidjela mogućnost prognoziranja rada bušotine u programu Prosper, ukoliko bi došlo do povećanja udjela vode u proizvodnji, odnosno u protoku kapljevine.

Abstract (english)

Considering the fact that there are a total of 762 oil wells in Croatia, 47% of which produce using sucker rod pumps (SRP), the fictitious well X was chosen in the work, for which the possibilities of designing pumps are described in detail in the Prosper program (University license for educational purposes: #4186). Prosper is a computer program from the Petroleum Experts, which is used for analyzing the improvement of the well's pumping capabilities and for designing and optimizing various pumping systems. The advantage of this computer program is high accuracy and fast data processing, as well as the possibility of wide application in practice. Well X is characterized by a relative low production index, so when creating the production model of the well, it is necessary to determine the optimal production system using an SRP for the given conditions in the well and in the reservoir. The production modelling can be divided into several steps, from the input of the basic data for a new well with a SRP, the PVT properties of the production fluid, its matching with measured data, the input of the equipment data, the generation of IPR and VLP curves, to the final selection and design of the SRP. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was performed to see if it is possible to predict the operation of the well in the Prosper program when the water cut is increased.
