Abstract

U diplomskom radu opisana je izrada bušotina uz primjenu lajnera. Lajner je kolona zaštitnih cijevi koja se proteže od dna bušotine do oko 50 m unutar prethodne kolone zaštitnih cijevi. Osim za zacjevljenje kanala bušotine, lajner se može koristiti i tijekom izrade kanala bušotine. Prednost izrade kanala bušotine pomoću lajnera je u manjim troškovima te u kraćem vremenu koje je potrebno za njegovu ugradnju. U radu se opisuje tehnologija bušenja uz primjenu lajnera. Opisani su primjeri iz prakse poznatih svjetskih kompanija te problemi s kojima su se susretali tijekom izrade bušotine uz primjenu lajnera u problematičnim naslagama kao što je iscrpljena formacija pijeska, bubreće stijene, formacije sa slabo vezujućom strukturom.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: This master’s thesis describes the method of drilling using liners. A liner is a protective column (casing) which extends from the bottom of the borehole to 50 meters inside the previously installed casing. Typically, a liner is used for isolating the borehole but it can be also used during drilling. Using a liner cuts down on drilling costs and drilling time. This thesis describes the technology of using a liner in drilling. The thesis elaborates on real - life uses of the technology by leading companies in this field, the problems that they encountered in demanding lithology like exhausted sand formations, swelling formations and unconsolidated formations.
