Abstract

Nakon dugogodišnje eksploatacije ležišta dolazi do pada proizvodnje ugljikovodika, a produljenje radnog vijeka bušotine predstavlja izazov. Jedna od metoda stimulacije ležišta je hidrauličko frakturiranje koje je vrlo efikasno ukoliko su svojstva pojedinog ležišta odgovarajuća. Za stimulaciju ležišta postupkom hidrauličkog frakturiranja odabrana je bušotina Bilogora-3 na temelju fizikalno-geoloških svojstava ležišta. U diplomskom radu ukratko će biti objašnjena teorija frakturiranja kao uvod u proračun pridobivanja ugljikovodika. Opisane su geološke značajke polja te je dan popis opreme koja je ugrađena u bušotinu. Na temelju toga napravljen je proračun u računalnom programu Prosper. U proračunu su određene krivulja ležišta (IPR) i krivulja istoka (VLP) iz čijeg sjecišta se određuje radna točka sustava. Proračun omogućava procjenu buduće proizvodnje ugljikovodika iz frakturiranog ležišta.

Abstract (english)

After a long period of production at an oilfield, the production decreases. This represents a big challenge if we want to use the field to its maximum. Hydraulic fracturing is a very successful method at fields whose characteristics are appropriate for that type of operation. The Bilogora-3 well was choosen for hydraulic fracturing operations. The thesis briefly explains the theory of hydraulic fracturing which serves as an introduction to the estimation of hydrocarbon acquisition. The geological characteristics of the field are described and a list of completion equipment is given. Based on that, a calculation was made using the Prosper computer program. The program defines the IPR and VLP curves, whose intersection defines the working point of the system. Such a calculation can serve as a hypothesis for the estimation of future hydrocarbon production as well as pressure changes.
