Abstract

Koeficijent punjenja lopate bagera jedan je od najutjecajnijih čimbenika na učinkovitost stroja te je stoga odabran za detaljnu analizu. S obzirom da je učinkovitost često presudni faktor prema kojem rudarski inženjer odabire potreban stroj, analizi učinkovitosti i svim utjecajnim čimbenicima treba posvetiti veliku pozornost. Cilj ovog rada je analiza odstupanja koeficijenata punjenja određenih terenskim mjerenjima i koeficijenata punjenja istaknutih u tehničkim priručnicima najvećih svjetskih proizvođača rudarskih strojeva i opreme. Terenskim ispitivanjima u stvarnim radnim uvjetima, fotogrametrijskom rekonstrukcijom iz para fotografija (stereoparova) dobiveni su podaci o volumenu materijala u lopati bagera na temelju čega je proračunat koeficijent punjenja. Analizirana je i međusobna zavisnost koeficijenta rastresitosti i koeficijenta punjenja te je iz dobivene relacije ova dva čimbenika također određen koeficijent punjenja.

Abstract (english)

Bucket fill factor is one of the most influential parameters on machine efficiency and is therefore selected for detailed analysis. Given that efficiency is often a crucial factor by which a mining engineer selects the required machine, close attention should be dedicated to efficiency analysis and all influential factors. The aim of this thesis is to compare fill factors determined by field testing and fill factors featured in technical manuals of the world's largest manufacturers of mining machinery and equipment. Data on the volume of the material in the excavator bucket was acquired based on field testings at real worksite conditions, made by photogrammetric reconstruction of the pair of photographs (stereopars). Interdependence between fill factor and swell factor is taken into consideration. Also, fill factor was determined by the dependence relation of these two parameters.
