Abstract

Samopodižuće bušaće platforme odobalni su pokretni objekti, a svrha im je istraživanje i eksploatacija ugljikovodika iz podmorja. Sastoje se od tri ili više nogu opremljenim stopama, te od trupa u koji je smješten sustav za spuštanje i podizanje nogu i pontona. Svako pokretno postrojenje za bušenje na moru tijekom i nakon izrade mora biti podvrgnuto pregledima, odnosno provjeri stanja i kvalitete. Plovila se moraju periodički pregledavati u jednogodišnjim, trogodišnjim ili petogodišnjim intervalima. Zbog sumnje u ispravnost pojedinih dijelova plovila, često se javlja potreba za neperiodičkim pregledima kao što je podvodni pregled umjesto pregleda u suhom doku (engl. Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Drydocking – UWILD). Popis opreme koja se mora pregledati obuhvaća noge, stope nogu, trup i spremnike za predopterećenje. Pregled nadgleda nadzornik klasifikacijskog društva, a svrha samog pregleda je izdavanje certifikata za nastavak rada platforme.

Abstract (english)

Self-elevating drilling units are defined as offshore mobile structures, and their purpose is to research and exploit hydrocarbons from the underwater. They consist of three or more legs equipped with spud cans (leg footings) and of a hull with elevating system for lifting and lowering the hull. Each mobile offshore drilling unit should be subjected to inspections during and after its construction, thus checking the status and the quality of the unit. Vessels must be periodically inspected in annual, intermediate or five-year intervals. Often, there is a need for non-periodic inspections such as Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Drydocking – UWILD, due to suspicions regarding the integrity of some parts of a vessel. The list of equipment to be inspected includes legs, spud cans, hull and pre-loading tanks. A classification society surveyor attends all inspections. The purpose of these inspections is for a vessel to remain certified.
