Abstract

Ideja o razvoju automatiziranih bušaćih postrojenja seže još u 1960-te godine, ali zbog
nedovoljno razvijene tehnologije, tada to naprosto nije bilo moguće. Danas se automatizirani
sustav za bušenje nameće kao potreba radi izrade bušotina u nekonvencionalnim ležištima i
ležištima na velikim dubinama s ekstremnim uvjetima temperature i tlaka. Uz to, uvođenje
ovog sustava važno je zbog povećanja sigurnosti radnog osoblja, povećanja efikasnosti te u
konačnici povećanju prihoda kompanija. U radu su opisane karakteristike automatiziranog
postrojenja za bušenje, njegova efikasnost i ekonomske pokazatelji kod primjene
postrojenja. U završnom dijelu rada, izneseni su rezultati istraživanja o mogućnostima
daljnje uporabe automatiziranih bušaćih postrojenja.

Abstract (english)

The idea of developing an automated drilling system goes back to the 1960s, but because of
the underdeveloped technology it was simply not possible. Today, the automated drilling
system imposes the need for drilling in unconventional reservoirs and reservoirs at high
depths with extreme temperature and pressure conditions. Additionally, the introduction of
this system is important for increasing the safety of staff at work, increasing efficiency and
revenue of companies. The paper describes the characteristics of the automated onshore
drilling rig, efficiency and economic indicators in the use of the mentioned type of drilling
rig. In the final part of the paper, the results of the research on possibilities for further use of
the automatic drilling rigs have been presented.
