Abstract

Bušenje i cementacija kolona zaštitnih cijevi u geotermalnim bušotinama predstavlja veliki broj izazova, uključujući i vrlo visoke temperature na relativno malim dubinama. Uz to, ugljikov dioksid koji naiđe u formacije može biti korozivna prijetnja za cementni kamen.
U ovom radu opisani su mogući problemi tijekom cementacije kolona zaštitnih cijevi geotermalne bušotine Draškovec-3 te postupci cementacije kolona zaštitnih cijevi, provedena laboratorijska ispitivanja svojstava cementnih kaša za cementaciju kolona zaštitnih cijevi vanjskog promjera 473,1 mm (18 5/8'') i 339,7 mm (13 3/8'') te rezultati. Također prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja svojstava četiriju različitih cementnih kaša za cementaciju kolone zaštitnih cijevi vanjskog promjera 244,5 mm (9 5/8'') bušotine Draškovec – 3. Prikazan je izbor odgovarajuće cementne kaše koja pokazuje najveću otpornost na utjecaj ugljikovog dioksida za cementaciju kolone zaštitnih cijevi vanjskog promjera 244,5 mm (9 5/8'').

Abstract (english)

Drilling and well cementing geothermal wells presents a lot of challenges, including very high temperatures in relatively low depths. In addition, the carbon dioxide that comes into formation can be a corrosive danger to cement stone.
This thesis describes the possible difficulties that can occur during the cementation of the geothermal well, Draškovec-3 well design and its cement procedures, conducted laboratory tests of cement slurries for cementing casing strings with outer diameter of 473,1 mm (18 5/8'') and 339,7 mm (13 3/8") and the results. Also, the results of the laboratory tests of four different cement slurries for the cementing casing string with outer diameter of 244,5 mm (9 5/8'') are described. The choice of proper cement slurry for cementing casing string with outer diameter of 244,5 mm (9 5/8'') with the best carbon dioxide resistance is described.
